Alberto's Leprechaun Mor-jito 2 oz. Bacardi light rum
Several mint leaves
Juice from two limes
Two splashes soda water
2 tablespoons sugar, plus extra for garnish
Dash green creme de menthe
Marinate mint in rum and lime juice in a pint glass for 30 seconds. Dip rim of cocktail glass in creme de menthe, then dip in extra sugar. Fill pint glass with ice, add soda water, sugar and crï¿½ï¿½ï¿½me de menthe. Shake. Strain into cocktail glass, garnish with mint leaf.
At least they don't call it a martini. How about a Lepertini. Drink 'till a body parts falls off.
