However this is why I am writing. It failed at the market Saturday. Think about that, Saturday afternoon. Sunday is not a business day, Monday is Christmas eve, Tuesday Christmas. No phone till after the 1st of the year right? Not so fast you Apple haters. I called early evening Saturday. On Monday, yep Monday! a Fed Ex box shows up with a temporary phone(I did pay extra for the temp.) On Wednesday I receive notice that Apple has received my phone. Thursday it was fixed and a new phone with a full new waranty arrived before 10:30 Friday. Six days from when I called. With a Saturday, Sunday, Christmas eve and Christmas day in between.
